Don't read this!

As much as I don't want to write about hatred and bitterness, here I am blogging. So, save yourselves from reading this!!! I just want to write it down because it is my way of letting my emotions come out and sort of releasing negative vibes from my soul. Yesterday was too goood, as in TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE that today is such an opposite! We are very hopeful that we will already be employed as soon as possible, but the truth is the job that was offered to us was very unlikeable, so we declined the offer. Sorry to brag, but we are overqualified (or not suitable would be an appropriate term) for the job. (Let's say accounting graduates don't deserve a call center like kind of work!) With respect to all call center agents out there I salute each and everyone of you!!! Dealing with stupid/narrow minded customers is a very tough job and it requires a LOT of patience and with the threat on health and danger in commuting because of your shifts you are able to support businesses around the globe. MABUHAY PO KAYO!!! As an accounting graduate, I think we are very unfit for the job since dealing with customers for answering queries about their credit cards is way too different from financial services that we can effectively and efficiently provide. So to the HR named Cara, don't fool us! There is a fine line between customer service and financial service. It doesn't necessarily follows that when a financial instrument is involved it's already a financial service, answering customer's queries is customer assistance not a financial service! Dearest Cara, you may want to research too about your company's organizational chart so you should know how to recruit a person to the department she/he is suitable, oh well.. not expected!!! The way you handled my first interview, it seems like you're looking at it for the first time, well in fact you should be verifying it already. Perhaps, you don't even know the proper way of CV filtering (which I think is SOP for recruitment). CV is used to assess a person's capability and suitableness for a job, and the funny thing is you didn't make good use out of it! You just call and call applicants desperately looking for employment, if only you've look at our CVs then you'll realize we are not maggots to accept your offer and we are not worthy of your time! So don't blame us for wasting your time because, in reality it was our time, money and efforts that was truly wasted!!! Lastly, don't you ever accused us for not researching about the work, because I think you are the one who needs it! Seriously? putting a misleading information on a website then accusing a person of being unprepared and don't you think it is your responsibility to explain further the job description provided on the website? You should know better, don't you? You're an HR personnel aren't you?!!! I felt bad for the company because I believe they have a good reputation in the industry but how could they employ the best people, if the people they hired to do it is incapable of the job?

I might sound bitter but I'm not!!! I swear!!! Hahaha. Cara just pissed me off so much, that I felt the need to introduce her to you. Now, you judge!!!

P.S. Cara, don't you ever talk about financial things you are not really sure of, I know better than you do! You can't fool me. ;p
